Open Positions

🧰 Pool Technician

As a Pool Technician, you'll manage a weekly pool route, visiting the same customers to maintain clean, healthy pools. Responsibilities include:

• Brushing, vacuuming, and skimming pools
• Balancing water chemistry
• Cleaning filters and ensuring proper function of equipment

No experience? No problem. We offer full training for the right candidates.

🔧 Service Technician

Service Technicians focus on diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment. You’ll handle a variety of tasks including:

• Installing and troubleshooting pumps, motors, and lights
• Working with automation systems
• Performing plumbing and electrical repairs
• Becoming familiar with a variety of brands and systems

This role is ideal for those with mechanical aptitude and a desire to expand their technical skills.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Note: Company vehicle and all necessary tools are provided.

Pay & Benefits

• Training Rate: $16/hr
• Post-Training Rate: $18/hr and up
• Guaranteed raise after completing training
• Competitive hourly rates based on experience and role
